You will always see your exact fee before any payment is requested.
See the full list of country classifications here: World Bank Country and Lending Groups
The Article Processing Charge (APC) helps cover editorial review, copyediting, and the cost of hosting your published work permanently online — accessible to readers and researchers worldwide.
You only pay if your article is accepted. A payment link is sent to the parent/guardian email address provided at submission, after the review process is complete (typically 3–4 weeks).

Yes — you may submit more than one article. To keep our review process fair and timely, please wait until your current submission has been reviewed before submitting another.
Yes — as a helper. Using AI to fix your grammar or help you understand a topic is fine. But the experiment, the build, the ideas, and the words should be yours — AI can help you, but it can't be the author. You'll be asked to tell us how you used AI when you submit, so just be honest.
See our full Privacy & Data Policy below.
When you submit an article, we collect: your name, age/grade, school name, city/country, and a parent or guardian's email address. We do not require students to create an account or provide a personal email address to submit.
This information is used to verify eligibility, contact you and your parent/guardian about your submission status, and to credit your work if published. Country information is also used to determine publication fee eligibility under our income-based pricing.
Because our authors are minors, we require a parent or guardian's email address at the time of submission. All status updates, review decisions, and payment requests (if applicable) are sent to this email address.
If your article is accepted, we publish your name, grade, school name, and country alongside your work. We do not publish your personal email or any other contact details.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. We may occasionally send updates about the journal (such as new volumes or calls for submissions) to the parent/guardian email provided — you can opt out of these at any time.
Parents/guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's submitted information at any time by contacting nanothinkspectrum@gmail.com.
For Schools
Get your students published internationally — and unlock a discount plus school recognition when you publish together.
A teacher or coordinator encourages students to submit — each student submits their own article through our Submit page, providing their school name at submission.
Every article goes through our standard review — a 3–4 week timeline.
Once 6 articles from your school have been accepted (within a period of 1 year), the coordinator contacts us to request the bundle rate.
We confirm and bill the discounted rate as one bundle payment instead of 6 separate charges — and your school logo appears on every article in the bundle, published alongside the Intellectaa logo, at no extra cost (optional).
| Tier | Individual rate | Bundle rate (per article) | Bundle total (6 articles) | You save |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| High income countries | $50.00 | $40.00 | $240.00 | $60.00 |
| Middle income countries | $25.00 | $20.00 | $120.00 | $30.00 |
| Low income countries | $12.50 | $10.00 | $60.00 | $15.00 |
Bundle eligibility: the bundle rate applies once 6 articles from the same school are accepted within a one-year period, billed together as one bundle payment. Fewer than 6 accepted articles are billed at the standard individual rates.
