Submission and review are free
There is no charge to submit an article or to have it reviewed. A fee arises only if an article is accepted for publication.
Article Publication Charge
| Situation | Outcome |

| Article not accepted | No charge arises. |
| Article accepted; author decides not to proceed before paying | No charge; the author may withdraw at no cost. |
| Fee paid, but we do not publish for a reason attributable to us | Full refund. |
| Fee paid; author withdraws before publication | Full refund, if the request reaches us before the article is published. |
| Article published | No refund. Publication is permanent and a DOI has been assigned. |
| Duplicate or incorrect payment | Full refund of the excess amount. |
How to request a refund
Email editor@intellectaa.com with the submission reference, payment date and reason. We acknowledge refund requests within 3 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days of approval. The time to appear depends on the bank or card issuer. Applicable taxes are refunded with the fee.
